Indications:

As an adjunctive therapy for diuretics, it is used to treat mild, moderate, or severe congestive heart failure caused by mitral regurgitation or dilated cardiomyopathy in dogs to improve exercise tolerance and survival in dogs with mild, moderate, or severe congestive heart failure

Dosage & Administration:

Internal: each 1 kg weight, dog 0.5 mg. 1 times a day

When no expected clinical response occurs within 2 weeks of treatment, increase to a maximum of 0.5 mg per 1kg of body weight, 2 times a day, depending on the dog's body weight
